I am a young, tech-savvy individual, known for being reliable and very well-organized. As a remote assistant, I have gained hands-on experience supporting teams through scheduling, communication, appointment setting, and digital coordination. I set up three structured meeting types: an 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹, a 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, and a 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗨𝗽 — each designed for a specific stage of the client journey.

𝗧𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰, 𝗜:

• Defined a date range to control how far into the future meetings can be booked
• Set minimum notice hours before meetings can be scheduled
• Customized my working hours to reflect real availability
• Integrated Google Meet for automatic meeting links
• Connected Slack for real-time booking notifications

To complete the workflow, I tested the full process using 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 by sending a meeting invite to the temporary email to simulate client delivery and confirmation.
