Location London, United Kingdom (with some travel required)
Reports to Tag Warner
Type Full-time, permanent
Salary Dependent on experience

About the Role

This is a Chief of Staff position working for Tag Warner directly across his various business and personal work commitments.

Of Tag’s existing business interests and commitments, GT Group - the parent company of the GAY TIMES brand and wax Talent agency - is the most well-known. His portfolio of work also includes a forthcoming book, and a fast-growing programme of advisory, speaking, and independent brand work.

The Chief of Staff operates as an extension of Tag, managing his communications, protecting his time, preparing him for the moments that matter, and ensuring rigorous follow-through across every commitment. This is the single point of coordination between Tag and each person, company, and commitment in his professional life.

This is not an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role. The overlap in practical mechanics is acknowledged, but the orientation of the position is fundamentally different.

The Chief of Staff manages cognitive load, exercises judgement, and acts as a trusted proxy, not simply a scheduler.

About Tag Warner

Tag Warner is an entrepreneur based in London. Recognised by Forbes as a “pioneering” leader and named within Forbes 30 under 30, he was appointed CEO of Gay Times at age 24.

Over the following 7 years, he transformed the business from a UK print title into a global digital media, talent and events company. Under his leadership, Gay Times won ‘Brand of the Year’ at the two most prestigious digital media award-shows in the UK. He significantly increased revenues, tripled the company headcount, opened Gay Times (US) in New York City and drove record international audience growth.

He formed GT Group, a new parent company brand for Gay Times and founded wax Talent, a talent management agency within the group.

After 7 years in the CEO position, he transitioned to the role of Chair in early 2026 and still plays a very active role across the business.

Beyond GT Group, Tag is writing his debut non-fiction book and is developing a growing programme of speaking engagements, personal brand work, and strategic advisory.

The Chief of Staff role exists to support Tag across the full breadth of this work - not only within a single company.

Personally, Tag has a keen eye on vision, product experience and quality. He connects ideas across disciplines instinctively, cares deeply about follow-through and holds himself and others to a high standard. He is warm and genuinely invested in the people who work closely with him - but this is a demanding role, and the right person will find that demand energising rather than exhausting.
