- Scale Tara’s Recruiting Style: Implement and scale Tara's recruiting style—everything from sourcing philosophy to references—to get us to better quality hires faster.
- Raises & Promotion System: Develop a system for raises and promotions so we do them in a timely, consistent way.
- Performance Reviews: Implement company-wide performance review system.
- TDR Goals Structure: Build goals structure for TDR and support Tara in tracking progress against goals.
- SOPs: Create SOPs across the company around how Rupa needs to operate (legal, finance, HR, communications). Develop an internal searchable documentation system for those SOPs.
- Communication Systems: Create a system for effective internal comms, particularly for critical info like SOPs.
- Legal: Work with general counsel to create legal communications FAQ, document legal decisions, and capture legal SOPs to help Rupa be compliant.
- EA Support Planning: Find EA support solutions for Tara and TDR.
- TDR Operations: Run TDR check-ins and follow-ups.
- TDR Offsites: Organize and run quarterly leadership offsites—make sure everyone is following up and has the prep work on time.
- Quarterly Updates: Help Tara draft internal and external end of quarter updates.
