We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-founder at a fast-growing fintech company building global investing and wealth access products for Indian users.

This role is ideal for someone who understands markets deeply — not just professionally, but personally. We’re looking for someone who actively follows public markets, invests/trades themselves, and has genuine curiosity around finance, investing behavior, macro trends, and fintech products.

You’ll work closely with the Co-founder across strategy, execution, operations, and high-impact business initiatives — acting as a force multiplier for the founder’s office.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with the Co-founder on strategic and operational priorities
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across product, growth, operations, partnerships, and business teams
• Translate ideas into execution plans and ensure projects move fast
• Build systems, processes, dashboards, and operating cadences for smoother execution
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to support decision-making
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on key priorities
• Take ownership of special projects and founder-led initiatives end-to-end
• Act as a sounding board on product thinking, market movements, investor behavior, and fintech opportunities

What we’re looking for

• 3– 5 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, founder’s office, VC, fintech, or high-ownership operating roles
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investing, and fintech ecosystems
• Someone who actively invests/trades and genuinely enjoys tracking markets
• High business intuition and ability to think both strategically and operationally
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving
