We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and leadership team at Resilient Privacy, a next-generation cybersecurity company. This role is at the center of strategy, execution, and organizational alignment, empowering the CEO to focus on vision, innovation, and growth, while you ensure flawless execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
You’ll act as a force multiplier, driving key initiatives across engineering, product, client delivery, and business development, ensuring that Resilient Privacy scales effectively while maintaining enterprise-grade security and startup agility.
What You’ll Work On
- Drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives, client priorities, and growth targets.
- Translate the CEO’s vision into clear roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and operational execution.
- Oversee business operations, streamline workflows, and improve processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly planning, board updates, and cross-team initiatives.
- Serve as a connector across departments (Engineering, Security Operations, Product, Sales, Partnerships), removing roadblocks and fostering collaboration.
- Analyze operational and financial data, synthesize insights, and provide recommendations for leadership decisions.
- Leverage AI/automation for forecasting, reporting, and organizational planning.
- Lead special projects such as new service launches, go-to-market strategies, investor updates, and partnership development.
- Draft executive communications, prepare presentations, and manage both internal and external messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership role—preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Proven success in managing cross-functional projects and aligning teams toward shared outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and AI tools for decision-making.
