🧠 what we're looking for

GenZ Designs is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to help us bring Gen Z voices to the table, and grow GenZ Designs into the world's leading Gen Z consultancy.

We're looking for a curious, fearless, risk-taking, and strategic Gen Z'er with a passion for taking big, bold, smart risks. We're looking for someone who always asks why, who strives to dig deeper and truly understand the consumer behaviors that shape this generation.

As the Chief Strategy Officer for GenZ Designs, you'll be leading our client work, and also helping drive the business forward. This is officially our first full-time hire - opportunities from here are endless, and you'll have the chance to launch your career to astronomic heights.

If you're looking for something stable with a big name on it, this is not it. BUT. We're looking for someone who knows they have what it takes to get to the next level. And if you do, well, then this will be the big name on your resume.

Call it a CSO, call it whatever you want. Strategy, growth, etc. Help us grow 10-20x from where we are right now. Does this sound like you?

We work with Chipotle. We work with startups. We work with universities. We work with agencies, consulting firms, and research companies. We want to work with Depop. We want to work with Netflix. Snapchat. Uber. We want to change the way companies approach Gen Z, and we know we can - the question is are you the person to take us there?

🌞 day-to-day

The day-to-day for this role will probably change day-to-day. You'll be spending a lot of time, and I mean a lot, working with Andrew (yeah that guy - he's the founder and I heard he's pretty cool). When we're in the middle of client projects, you'll be leading them. When we're in the middle of client projects, you'll also be marketing. And working on research. And outreach.

When we're not in the middle of a client project, you'll be doing everything you can together with Andrew and the rest of the team to take us into a client project.

The team? We will have college students working with us on a day-to-day basis, but they'll be part time. Granted, we were able to work for 1 entire year with college students part-time already, but that was during COVID.

To be honest, there is a bit up in the air with the day-to-day. And if that scares you, I would click the red exit button on the top corner of your screen.
