With 20+ active products and an ecosystem moving rapidly toward AI-first software development, we’re looking for a CPO who treats product as a system — designing frameworks, teams, and processes that enable reliable, fast, scalable product delivery across multiple companies.

What you will build

A high-performance, AI-first product organization operating across a multi-venture portfolio — grounded in five core principles:

Clarity, Velocity, Technical Excellence, Customer Value, Repeatability.

You will also build the product operating model used across all ventures, defining how teams make decisions, collaborate, and ship intelligent, competitive products.

What you will own

• Leadership of the entire product function across all ventures
• Product org design, hiring, and coaching (with focus on technical PMs)
• A unified product framework: decision models, OKRs, reporting, tooling
• Cross-functional execution with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, GTM, Support
• Portfolio-level platform strategy + venture-specific roadmaps
• Technical product standards across APIs, microservices, cloud, and AI/ML
• Executive communication on product vision, risks, and alignment
• Adoption of AI-enabled product and engineering workflows

Your technical environment

• Cloud & Platform: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure, API-first systems
• AI/ML: generative UX, assistants, RAG, real-time analytics, vector databases
• Cybersecurity & SaaS: multi-tenant architecture, endpoint protection, backup/DR
• Tooling: CI/CD, Prometheus/Grafana, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, Superset
