What you'll do:

• Run operations for a pre-seed VC backing deep-tech founders from day zero
• Plan and execute events connecting founders, investors, and the ecosystem
• Design systems and workflows that help a technical team scale efficiently
• Own special projects spanning operations, communications, and strategy

Who you are:

• 5+ years in startups, VC, or executive operations
• Familiar with how venture capital and tech ecosystems work
• Skilled at managing complex schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and organizing events
• Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
