The CIO will architect and lead the global technology systems strategy across a distributed group of entities, aligning technology with business expansion, research, cybersecurity, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities: • Define global IT strategy, architecture and roadmap • Modernize infrastructure and cloud environment • Build IT governance, standards and vendor models • Oversee cybersecurity posture and partner with CISO • Lead M&A; systems integration • Manage DR/BCP, data integrity and ITIL processes • Build distributed IT org and executive stakeholder alignment
