We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and governance of Resilient Privacy, a next-generation cybersecurity company. This role will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive financial planning, capital strategy, and long-term enterprise value creation. The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management across all business functions. You will establish scalable financial systems, SaaS metrics discipline, and investor-grade reporting standards.
The role also leads fundraising readiness, venture capital engagement, and financial compliance frameworks. Ultimately, the CFO ensures Resilient Privacy scales with strong fiscal governance while supporting rapid innovation and growth.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead financial strategy, capital planning, legal financial compliance filing and fiscal governance aligned with company growth and long-term enterprise value.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide executive decision-making and operational planning.
- Build and manage SaaS financial metrics including ARR growth, CAC efficiency, LTV optimization, and margin performance.
- Establish investor-grade financial reporting, board updates, and financial transparency frameworks.
- Drive fundraising readiness, venture capital engagement, and capital deployment strategy.
- Implement scalable financial systems, controls, and compliance structures to support rapid growth.
- Partner with leadership across Engineering, Product, Security Operations, and Sales to align financial strategy with business execution.
- Analyze financial and operational data to generate strategic insights and performance recommendations.
- Oversee financial risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent financial certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, capital strategy, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Strong command of SaaS financial metrics including ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margins, and unit economics.
