Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast in large chunks and boil them in salted water for around 15 minutes. Do not crowd them - you need your chicken properly boiled through. Put the chicken aside to cool down.
  2. Preheat oven to 180C.
  3. Dice the cheese.
  4. In a food processor put one part cheese and one part chicken - pulse until it resembles flour. Do it until all chicken and cheese is processed.
  5. In a large bowl mix your chicken, cheese, salt, pepper and the herbs. Add 2 raw eggs and mix really well. Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts.
  6. Brush your oven tins with oil, press the dough into them and then brush the top again with oil.
  7. Pre-bake "the dough" for 12-15 minutes.
  8. You are ready do add your pizza toppings.
