1 Start thumbs down and move your flag clockwise
2 Grab your flag with left hand and readjust right hand to be thumbs up
3-4 End will flag horizontal at your belly button (these first 4 counts are literally just row down)
5 Right leg comes up and bends and points to your left, right foot is pointed and remains next to your left knee, rest of body remains facing forward
6 Right leg stays bent and just moves from facing left to facing right, foot remains next to left knee
7 Right leg comes straight up to a 90 degree angle, completely straight leg and top of foot points toward the sky. As you do this, your flag will turn clockwise and stop as it is pointing downwards
8 Legs come together, flag returns to vertical up.
