Besides using PinChat QR codes for offline scenarios and PinChat URLs for online scenarios, you can also embed PinChat into your website as a widget. All you need to do is copy the Javascript code from the dashboard and insert it into your website. Once done, congratulations, you just implemented your own customer service chat!

Set up your chat widget appearance

Find the Chat Widget in the settings of each chat link.

(Edit → Advanced Settings → Chat Widget)

Decide which of the chat widget styles matches your need and select the one.

You can change the text you want to display on the chat widget, its color, and also the icon displayed on the chat widget.

Copy and paste the code to your website

Once you finish the above settings, copy and paste the code provided in the dashboard and paste it to your website. Then your customers can start sending messages to the chat widget on your website!
