Charisma:

Grit points no longer exist.

Add your Charima to your deaths door threashold.

Deaths door saves are now Charisma saves.

Agility:

Initiative: to integrate with Victory Points for DC20 now succeeding initiative check grants one combat inspiration(my table calls the, thrill), which is kept even if combat is fled or challenge is failed. Additionally success by 5 or increases your combat inspiration spend limit by 1 for the entire combat. A crit still grants advantage on your first check in combat.

Saves:

Charisma is added to mental saving throws.

Agility is added to physical saving throws.

If you have a charisma of 1 you can choose either INT or CHA and increase its save. If you have a charisma of 2 you can do this to two different saves or one increase one save by 2. And if charisma is negative -2 you must subtract a total of 2.
