5 months later.

“Hey, Jim, we found you a foster family, " says the social worker. “Do I need foster parents?” Jim asks, rolling his eyes. “Yes, you need to be safe. You come here from school with bruises almost every day, and we can’t do anything because we aren't your guardians.” The Social worker says.

“Alright, when am I going?” Jim asks. “Well, actually, they’re in that car over there! You’re going today!” The worker says. “WHAT?? I HAVEN’T EVEN PACKED UP YET!” Jim says with an angry and confused look. “Well, we already...”

“Breaking news! A Megatsunami is Coming for Asphalt Island! It will come in 5 minutes, we have 5 minutes to evacuate!” Says the news.

“Uhmm, I need to go to the bathroom,” Jim says with a scared look. “No, you can’t! The bathro…” She gets cut off by Jim while he runs to the door. “Wrong way, by the way! Wait a second… YOU WILL NOT GET OUT OF HERE!!!” The worker screams at Jim.

Jim’s necklace glows, and Jim begins to float. And he transforms into Magmorak while running. Lava starts to grow under his feet, and he begins to fly. “WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENING? I HAVE POWERS?” Jim screams.

Sirens begin to wail, “3 MINUTES UNTIL THE TSUNAMI HITS!” Jim swerves in the air to the docks. He sees the massive tsunami and begins to hurry. He begins to go faster as he learns how to control it.

“How am I gonna stop this tsunami?!?!” Jim says while landing. He begins to float again, but this time, he didn’t do it. “Wha-whats happening to me?” his eyes glow stronger. It's like someone else is controlling him.

Jim makes a bow and arrow with fire, and it glows brighter than the sun. He pulls back his hand. “Fire arrow OF DOOM!” He says as he shoots.

The arrow goes as fast as the speed of light. When the arrow hits the tsunami, a massive shockwave hits. The fire moves around the whole tsunami in the blink of an eye. Water splashes over Jim and the whole dock.

The fire in Jim's eyes and the lava in his hair were extinguished. “What happened… I don't remember anything. And why am I wet?” He says in a confused voice. The water moves out of the ocean in a controlled way.

Jim transforms in a hurry. A person shows up from the water. Jim blasts the person. He screams, “Fire kick!” His foot turns into fire while he rapidly kicks her. But she dodged it by turning into a puddle.

“Huh, you’re faster than I thought.” She says in a calm voice. “Who are you?” “Oh, sorry, I should probably introduce myself. I’m Marina Rivera. Just call me Marina.” She says. “‘I’m Jim Lake, just call me Jim.”

“Why are you even here? Why did you do that?” Jim asks, concerned. “I just wanted to test your skills,” she said. “BY MAKING A TSUNAMI?” He screams. “Well, I could have made it a little smaller, but what's the fun in that?” “Okay, who cares about that? But why are you here?” Jim asks

“When I saw the meteor fall, and all the other stuff that happened, I knew that someone was chosen. I knew that you weren’t so powerful or trained, so I came here to be your trainer. And after I heard you scream. “WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENING? I HAVE POWERS?” I knew I was right. But my question for you is, how did you make that fire arrow?”

“Well, I don’t know how I did that. It was like I was controlled by someone.” Jim says. Marina quickly made ice spikes out of thin air, but Jim was too fast. He did a backflip, but he landed on even bigger spikes on the back. He screamed louder than a seagull.

“Your reaction is quick, but your senses are bad,” Marina said. “Why did you do that?” Jim said with a painful voice. “I've got to see what you need to be trained,” Marina said. “COULDN’T YOU HAVE DONE THAT IN ANOTHER WAY?” Jim screams. “But it was fun!” Marina said.

“Enough talking. When will we begin training?” Jim asks. “Right now,” Marina says with a smile. “No, I can’t. I’m getting a foster home!” Jim said. “Was that after or before you got controlled by a random being while shooting an arrow made of fire?” Marina said sarcastically

“Let’s start,” Jim said. “Let’s start with controlling the power and not letting the power control you,” Marina said with an authoritative voice. Jim turns into Magmorak for the training. “Do that fire-kick thing again,” Marina said. Jim kicks the air so fast that fire surrounds it. But it's so strong that Jim gets thrown to the ground.

“Hmm, I can see the problem. First is your posture. You need to stand straight and kick to the side, and not straight forward. Second is your speed. You're going too fast. Remember, you’re new to this, so don’t act like a hero.” Marina says while she adjusts Jim.
