• Access to Adult Mode (18+) is strictly limited to verified users aged 18 or older.
• Users under 18 may use General Mode only.
• By using Chappy, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and comply with applicable law.

2. Nature of the Service

Chappy is an AI-driven chat and entertainment platform simulating human-like emotional conversations.

• General Mode (13+) – friendly, supportive dialogue.

• Adult Mode (18+) – romantic or mature-themed experiences.

  All conversations are fictional and do not involve real-human matchmaking or counselling.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
