Cere Staking Dashboard Playbook

Summary

The Cere Staking Dashboard is a tool that allows you to participate in staking as a nominator directly or indirectly as a member of a nominating pool. With a funded account, you can connect to the dashboard to begin interacting with Cere’s native staking. All transactions submitted will need your signature. Otherwise, passwords and additional credentials aren’t needed.

Overview Page

This Overview Page of the dashboard has multiple panels:

The Sidebar shows the page you’re visiting, your current role in staking, and your currently selected network.
The Accounts Panel is used to connect accounts to the dashboard.
The Stats Panel shows the general view of current staking metrics, including It also shows Estimated APY, Supply Staked, Inflation & time remaining in the current era.
The Summary Panel shares more details about your account, and guides you more around staking.
The Balance Panel shows the bonded amount distinguishing between "Nominating", "In a Pool", and "Not Staking". The amount that is not staking is further divided into "Free" (a balance that can be transferred) and "Reserve" (a balance that is needed the keep the account on-chain, see existential deposit).
The Recent Payouts Panel shows a bar chart with the rewards paid out to you in the past 15 days either as a nominator or a pool member (manually claimed).

Stake

In this category, you can access all functionalities allowing you to stake your tokens as a nominator, member of a nomination pool, or both. The payout section will enable you to inspect the most recently received rewards.
