Capstone project

Capstone projects are solo projects at the end of the each of the Microverse Main Technical Curriculum sections. Building this project is very important for you because:

• It's a real-world-like project, built with business specifications that will look really nice in your portfolio; and
• You will get feedback about the achievement of technical and soft skills gained during this section of the program.

Project specifications

The project you are going to build for the React capstone is based on a catalogue of statistics. It is not an app to help you manage your statistics from Dribbble because we don't want you to build login or payments. We just want you to build a catalogue, that is, a browsable list of items that you can filter and access to the details of one item. We provide a sample design that you can follow, but in this capstone project you are not required to follow the design guidelines but use them as an inspiration.

The webapp should have at least 2 types of pages:

• one page with a list of items that could be filtered by some parameters; in the example project, it's a list of stats by country that can be filtered by the country (imagine a search field to introduce the country name like Italy, Croatia, etc.). This page should be your homepage.
• one page for the item details; in this example, the detail page for Czech Republic cities with number of views

You should change the theme of the webapp and collect the data from an API from your React application. Here are some example of catalogues you can build from open APIs:
