Catalog Exchange is the ability for shopper to exchange their existing product with any other product across your entire store.
Setup your defaults for Catalog Exchange. Choose between Product Types, Collections. Exclude products by tags or price or their sales status. You're in control!
Here, you will configure what shows up when a shopper decides to Exchange with any item in the store. Only the product types and collections you allow here will be visible to the shopper in the catalog exchange window.
One thing to keep in mind is that we are a complete mirror of your Shopify Store. Meaning everything you have in Shopify will show up in Return Rabbit. All your collections, product types, and so forth.
