Beginner

  1. Just hang around with the cats, especially in the group rooms. Get them used to being touched and with having friendly humans around. A little goes a long way into making cats come out of their shells and helping them be adoptable.
  2. Write kennel cards whenever you notice any behavior from the cat. Also write up the Cat Observation Form from the Vicnet app. Recording notes digitally ensures everyone gets access to the notes. This is extremely useful during the adoption process and an easy way to create impact.
