MindEase is a conceptual mobile app designed to help college students manage their mental health through mood tracking, reflection, and simple self-care routines. The app supports students during academic stress by encouraging mindfulness, emotional awareness, and daily check-ins in a friendly, non-judgmental interface.

❗Problem Statement

Many students face stress, anxiety, or burnout during their academic life, but hesitate to seek help due to stigma or lack of time. Current mental health apps are often complex or feel clinical. There is a need for a simple, safe, and private mental health tool tailored to students.
