As the UX/UI & Brand Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the app, from early concepts to beta testing:

User research: built personas and identified the needs of both renters and car owners.

UX design: defined user flows, wireframes, and the overall app structure.

UI design: created the design system, high-fidelity mockups, and Lottie animations.

Branding: developed the logo, visual identity, and brand guidelines.

Project follow-up: collaborated closely with the client and iterated based on early user feedback.
