Design Challenge: How do you design a brand that feels "institutional" and "serious" enough for top-tier leaders, yet "safe" and "transformative" enough to address deep-seated trauma?

The name "Chrysalis" represents the misunderstood stage of nature where radical transformation happens in stillness.
