TestnearBy is a SaaS-based web platform designed to connect customers with nearby diagnostic centers and pathology labs. It simplifies the process of discovering, comparing, and booking medical tests from local labs — all in one place.

As the Product Manager, I led the product vision, user experience strategy, and end-to-end development roadmap to bring this idea from concept to an evolving digital product.

In tier-2 and tier-3 cities, people often struggle to find reliable diagnostic labs nearby.

The process is:

• Unorganized — no central platform lists all local pathologies.
• Opaque — prices and test availability vary widely.
• Inconvenient — booking home visits or comparing labs usually requires multiple calls or visits.

Similarly, local labs face challenges like:

• Low digital visibility.
• No simple way to accept online bookings or payments.
• Limited access to online customers due to lack of technical infrastructure.

💡 The Solution: Test Nearby

TestnearBy bridges the gap between customers and pathology vendors through a simple, two-sided platform:

• Vendor Panel (B2B Side)

  Local pathologies can sign up, manage their profiles, list available tests with prices, and track all bookings through an intuitive dashboard.

• Customer App (B2C Side)

  Customers can browse labs nearby, compare test prices, and book online for either Home Collection or Lab Visit options.
