Project Overview

This project started as a simple idea: launch a culturally strong NFT collection on Base and turn it into a real product, not just a mint.

My responsibility was to take the idea from zero structure to a live product, coordinate the team, enforce timelines, and make sure the launch actually happened on schedule.

The goal was clear:

• Ship a full NFT collection on Base
• Sell out
• Build a brand that extended beyond NFTs
