HSR Motors, a multichannel car dealership, faces a critical bottleneck: their lead management process is manual, fragmented, and reliant on static spreadsheets. This results in slow response times, low conversion rates, and a lack of visibility for management.

The Challenge: Design a centralized web application to replace the spreadsheet, enabling real time collaboration between the Sales Team (execution) and Business Managers (strategy).

The Solution: Velocity CRM, a streamlined desktop application designed to maximize speed to lead and provide actionable insights.
