Carleum is a water world located in Superbia. It is one of the habitable planets, the other one being Udyria. At the moment, not much research has been done with this planet, but historians say that the Confederacy strived to make it their secondary base of operations.

Climate and Geology: Oceans averaging 35m (115ft) cover 99.2% of the planet of UD144-B. The land of UD144-B is primarily sandy islands or the occasional volcanic solid rock island, covering only 0.8% of the planet's surface.
With higher temperatures around the equator region of UD144-B soaring to 63C (145F) during the summer, often large storms begin to form. The combination of higher greenhouse gasses, warm temperatures, and abundance of water leads to gargantuan Typhoons to form over UD144-B’s oceans. These Typhoons can reach wind speeds of 240kph to 400kph (150mph to 250mph) with some reaching into 500 kph (310 mph). Unlike Udyria, these storms do not have landmasses to slow or cancel them out, leading to some typhoons lasting upward of several months. Storms normally only end once they enter colder waters where evaporation levels are lower.
The atmosphere of UD144-B has more than just rapidly growing storms. It also is quite thick. The high content of Hydrogen and oxygen makes fire much more dangerous. While not explosive through testing, they burn hotter and more aggressively. This dense atmosphere also could allow for powered flight of animals despite the gravity being approximately 89% greater than earths. Additionally the atmosphere is believed to be breathable regardless of the Hydrogen being well beyond the test run to check for adverse effects.
Below the surface of the ocean, the upper crust is littered with large cave systems bored into the limestone/sandstone through constant water erosion. These caves may lay host to many rare organisms. More exploration of this planet must be done to learn of its shallow warm waters, deep caves, and mysteries.
Seismic probes have proven the core of UD144-B is solid with an outer liquid core. This causes the planet to have an insanely strong magnetic field almost twice as strong as earths. The core is followed by a mantle of molten rock and then a quite thin crust (see fig.2). The planet is extremely volcanically active due to the tidal forces being exerted on it by its large Moons. This also means that the oceans can rise nearly up to 24m (78ft) in spots due to the Moons' location.
Volcanism primarily comes in the form of underwater vents and miniature underwater volcanoes on UD144-B. These vents could harbor all sorts of life much like earth once did. There are a few volcanoes that have risen to the point that even at high tide they are not under water, however, that being said the highest point currently on UD144-B is approximately 136m (446.2ft) tall.
