My name is Carine MBUTO, and I support executives, sponsors, and entrepreneurs in the design, structuring, and strategic delivery of their projects.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree and a Master-level education in Business Management, and I have strengthened my background through several certifications in project management and delivery methodologies, including Project Management, Lean Leadership & Management, Agile Scrum Master, Sales Enablement, among others.

As a consultant, my role is to help you clarify your vision, align your stakeholders, and select the most appropriate approach to ensure your projects move forward with clarity, structure, and impact.
