We have created a kit that enables people to plan and personalize their living spaces. If you are interested in the design schedule and want to manually renovate your living space but do not know where to start. Then this toolkit really helps and helps you to plan and act in the most effective way.
At the same time, we provide information related to the design field through images. We believe that if you spend an hour looking through the contents of the pictures, you can save 3 hours reading a technical book with similar content. At the same time, we are interested in creating the content of 7 art forms from the perspective of young people full of positive energy.
On the other hand, to prepare for the later development stages of "Talk Space Vietnam" in the coming years. We want to be a design and mental health content developer helping people get through their difficult times through small things related to space renovation. live by yourself.
Talk Space Vietnam - Originally a group of young people working and working in the field of architecture, graphic design with the desire to share their knowledge under a positive perspective. There came a time when we received positive feedback from everyone and realized that our values could spread more in the community. So we thought and acted bigger to be able to help more people in our community.

We want to create freedom of work and great value to the community. Initially we were a small group of friends from the design industry, working together to share knowledge with each other. Then we realized that we can create a value in our community. So we sat together and took the first steps for the organization. We define and create our own concepts about the people, communities and jobs we pursue. At Talk Space Vietnam to us, people are the core asset for development. We will help you one day work on this project yourself without us. Each of the schools here we build according to the criteria of fairness, clarity, sharing and creativity. No matter what, we cannot discuss and settle it together. We believe that hardened and grateful people bring great value. We're trying to build an environment diverse work regardless of gender, color, religion or country because we want to be equal and fair.
Product driven, radically transparent and (trying to be more) emotionally open
First and foremost, we're a product-driven company. We apply product principles, like 'Mum testing' and quick experimentation, to everything from growth to operations to account management. We work in six-week 'terms', debating and deciding on our goals as a team during the first week. We get feedback on everything: we even currently ask for feedback on how we ask for feedback (!). We think that how something works on a micro scale impacts how people behave and feel on a macro scale. We get really (really) excited about products that solve real problems and are thoughtfully made

First and foremost, we're a product-driven company. We apply product principles, like 'Mum testing' and quick experimentation, to everything from growth to operations to account management. We think that how something works on a micro scale impacts how people behave and feel on a macro scale. We've turned down sizeable revenue opportunities because they would have compromised how our product felt, worked and looked. We get really (really) excited about products that solve real problems and are thoughtfully made: Lemonade's insurance, Mixmax's calendar integration, mmhmm's video calling extension. In short, we're product geeks.
We believe in being radically transparent. We record all our big internal meetings, user feedback calls, sales calls and talks as voice notes (with permission!) and share them on Slack so anyone in the team can listen and interrogate. We each share our daily to-do list and update it as we go, so everyone can see what everyone else is working on. Our product roadmap is public, so our users and clients can see what features are coming up.
📋Product Roadmap
Finally — and this one we still have some way to go on — we're trying to be more emotionally open with each other. We're trying to have more frequent retrospectives, where we can assess how so that we can work with a better understanding of where each person is coming from. We've just all read 'The Five Dysfunctions of a Team' — a fable about the common interpersonal shortcomings that hold teams back — and we've been working through some of the exercises and principles from the book. This is still a work in progress, so you'll get to be a part of the learning curve. Why do we think emotional openness is critical? Because vulnerability creates honest connection, honest connection creates insanely effective teams, and insanely effective teams create products that change the world.
Oh, and we often have futile ideas. About once a year, we seem to decide to fly somewhere with better weather. During those few days we planned and rearranged most of our work. We have built and referenced our own cultures at work to create an environment that is more open, happy and better than what we want. You can find information here. We rarely say no to a good idea. So stay in touch and tell us about it.
