Pricing operations is the process of setting and iterating on your pricing. Today, this is a slow process that can months to deliver. It’s a complex process that requires multiple skillsets, has many stakeholders and is tightly regulated.
Software in this industry is mostly dated, over 20 years old, and few people enjoy using it, yet it underpins multi-trillion dollar industry.
Our team are entrepreneurs and startup operators with extensive financial services experience.
Whilst working in the industry, they identified huge inefficiencies in pricing operations, and started Swallow to deliver a modern software experience.
We’re based in London, the world capital for insurance and financial services, and work from our office several days a week.
