CareerCamper operates a talent network that connects ambitious students and early-career individuals with startup founders and early-stage companies looking to hire. By submitting this form you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms do not submit the form.

2. Who Can Apply

CareerCamper is open to anyone looking for startup work — students, recent graduates, self-taught builders, bootcamp graduates, or early-career individuals. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

3. Your Information

Everything you submit must be accurate and truthful — your background, education, skills, work samples, availability, and compensation expectations. Submitting false or misleading information will result in immediate and permanent removal from the network with no appeal.

4. How We Use Your Information

By submitting this form you give CareerCamper permission to store your profile information and share it with startup founders and hiring managers for the sole purpose of evaluating you for work opportunities. We will not sell your data to third parties. We will not spam you. We will only contact you when there is a relevant opportunity or network update.

5. Marketing

CareerCamper may reference successful placements and student outcomes in marketing materials including on our website, newsletter, and social media. We will never identify you by name in marketing without your explicit prior consent. You can opt out of any marketing use at any time by emailing campercareer@gmail.com.

6. No Fees to Students

Joining the CareerCamper Talent Network is completely free. CareerCamper charges companies a finder's fee when a successful placement is made. You will never be charged by CareerCamper for any service, introduction, or placement.

7. No Employment Relationship

CareerCamper is a matching and introduction service only. We are not your employer, staffing agency, or recruiter of record. Any work arrangement you enter into through CareerCamper is directly between you and the company that hires you. CareerCamper is not a party to that agreement and bears no responsibility for the terms, compensation, conditions, or outcomes of any internship or contract role you accept.

8. No Guarantee of Placement

Submitting this form does not guarantee you will be matched with or placed at any company. CareerCamper makes introductions based on profile quality and founder needs. We reserve the right to decline to match any student at our sole discretion.

9. Your Conduct

You agree to respond promptly to outreach from CareerCamper or companies we introduce you to. You agree to conduct yourself professionally in all interactions. Unprofessional behavior, ghosting companies after introduction, or misrepresenting yourself during the hiring process may result in removal from the network.
