We want to decrease the barriers to find formations that fit our employees needs and schedules by bringing a platform for self-learning to our employees.

In 2022, we started sharing the Company’s OKR’s every two-weeks on a team lunch that gather the whole company and promote a shared dashboard with all team contributions, making it easy and accessible to all.
