That’s why for candidates, we’ll occasionally ask for your feedback through a short survey so we can improve our processes. For new joiners, we ask for feedback through an Onboarding Survey at the end of the 90 days onboarding journey.

Our short Onboarding Survey is designed to help us understand your onboarding experience, what felt smooth, what was confusing, and where we can do better. Your feedback gives us the insight we need to continuously improve how we welcome new teammates and make sure everyone feels supported from day one.

Each new team member joining WunderGraph will receive an invite to complete a Questionaire on email after their first 90 days with the company.
