1. Digital Product Policy (The Growth Plan) Because SetupFlow is a digital software template that is delivered and duplicated immediately into your Google Workspace, all sales of the self-setup digital template are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Concierge Service Policy (The Pro Plan) If you have purchased a tier that includes our concierge setup service, you may cancel for a full refund only if the cancellation is requested before our setup call or before any custom integration work has begun. Once the setup process has been initiated on your Google account, the payment becomes non-refundable.

3. System Compatibility SetupFlow requires a standard, active Google account to function. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary Google Workspace access before purchasing. Refunds will not be granted for compatibility issues arising from the user's local network, hardware, or third-party WhatsApp modifications.

4. Subscription Cancellations (If applicable) Any monthly maintenance or support subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your support tier will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
