Most Camera and Mic issues in Windows machines are because Here permission to access hardware is accidentally blocked OR because another application is trying to request access to the hardware. Follow the steps below to fix:

• Please quit any app that uses Camera
• Quit and restart your browser
• Ensure that Here access to your Camera and Mic is allowed. In Chrome browser:
  • Go to chrome://settings/content/camera and chrome://settings/content/microphone and make sure Here.fm has access to Camera and Mic (you can reset all the permissions if easier)
• Go to https://here.fm in your browser. You'll be prompted to grant Here permission to access Camera and Mic. Grant the permission
• If you're on a laptop, make sure the lid is open

If you still have trouble, you must reset your Cache and Cookies for your browser. Follow instructions below to do this:
