Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Calm Space: Take a Break ("the app"), made by Anastasiia Gulenko ("we", "us", "our"), an independent developer based in France. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. About the App

Calm Space: Take a Break is a meditation and relaxation app for iOS.

Free content: One meditation is available to all users for free, forever.

Calm Space Plus: A paid subscription ("Plus") unlocks access to all other meditations in the app. The full content library is only available to active Plus subscribers.

2. Subscriptions

Plans and pricing

We offer two auto-renewing subscription plans:

Prices are in Euros and may vary by region due to App Store local pricing. The price shown to you in the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies to you.

Free trial

• Both plans include a 7-day free trial.
• The free trial is available once per Apple ID. If you have previously used a free trial for Calm Space Plus, you will not receive another one.
• At the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged the applicable plan price (€2.99/month or €19.99/year) unless you cancel before the trial ends.
