My career began back in 2022, where I began my fitness journey in a small local gym in Sydney, Australia. Having lived in Australia my whole life, I made the decision to move to the UK just over a year ago.
The first few months tested me and honestly, I questioned if I’d done the right thing. Fast forward to now, where I have lived experience of change, whilst maintaining my training and nutrition throughout.
My mission is simple: to help men and women build strength, routine and stability in the gym. I am more than ever hyper focused on the mission to change people’s lives for the better. My driven, high-energy personality will be the push you need.
To me, fitness isn’t just about time in the gym. It’s about feeling capable, strong and free in our everyday life. So, it’s time to get uncomfortable with being uncomfortable.
