Engagement = $426 average monthly, scalable with activity.
Baseline assumes raffles and collab buffer included.
This projection assumes no increase in role compensation or additional platform costs.
Weekly games have been increased from $35–40 to $50 for consistency and budget health to allow more activities on/off
Raffles provide both incentive for raiders and community growth for new members.
Budget remains flexible for unexpected collaborations, partnerships, or campaigns.
