- Collaborated with The Iron Clinic to design accessible and user-friendly leaflet layouts, translating complex medical data into clear, engaging content based on user needs and business requirements.
- Achieved positive feedback across social media, increasing audience engagement and raising awareness of the clinic’s services.

- Collaborated with team members to conduct interviews with emergency services experts and the local community, gaining key insights into end-users’ needs.
- Led the delivery of the final product, and applied system thinking to focus on usability, sustainability and user experience.
- Developed an interactive prototype using Figma, ensuring a smooth tutorial flow.
- Coordinated video production, including illustration, video editing, music editing, and animation to support visual communication.

- Collaborated with ECR Retail Loss Group, conducting on-site research at Waitrose to analyse manual checkout and self-service processes.
- Evaluated user needs and proposed innovations to improve the user experience on weighing and purchasing loose items, enhancing the efficiency of the self-checkout system.

- Assisted artists in setting up art installations using general technical skills and supported the delivery of multimedia events, contributing to the successful and timely execution of the festival.
- Provided full-day service for five days to festival attendees, participants, artists, and representatives. Encouraged participants to complete evaluation forms and monitored installation sites to ensure proper management and the festival’s sustainability.
