Internship, system, and business analysis at Netcracker Technology. There requirements were gathered and formed for CRM Product Catalogue in a team of 3 persons: we have developed business requirements, detailed user stories, functional and non-functional system requirements, designed diagrams, data storage structure and examples of user interfaces (presentation, certificate, design doc, requirements doc)
October 2019 - January 2020: have developed my own product – chatbot in Telegram, which generates training, nutrition, and vitamin plans for the customer who specified its physical parameters, training goal and etc. (how it works, Canva). Have done CustDev, code development, payment and etc.
March - May 2019: completed study project in an international team of 5 persons during the Software Engineering Methodologies course - participated as a Product Owner (practiced Scrum).
