You can export your activity to a CSV file for your own analysis, reporting, or invoicing. This lives in the review panel, which is part of Pro.

How to export

1. Open the review window from the menu-bar dropdown with "Review stats and activities…".
2. Choose the Export button (the share icon) in the toolbar.
3. Pick what to include, then save the file.

What you can choose

• Period. Export this day, week, month, year, or your whole history.
• Duration format. Choose how durations are written: hours, minutes, seconds, or a full breakdown.
• Include breaks and Include untracked screen time, if you want those rows too.

The file is a CSV that uses semicolons as separators, with these columns: Date, Weekday, Emoticon label, Session label, Duration, Pomodoros, Score, Type, Start time, and End time.
