You can export your Lifeline data to a CSV file from the Daily info panel.

After selecting the share icon, you'll get a file Save window that offers the following options:

• Select the export time range
• Include breaks: checking this adds all your breaks as individual line-items to the exported data
• Include untimed activity: this adds all the un-timed time at your screen (white colored blocks on your Lifeline) to the exported data.

The exported CSV file follows the Tidy Data format and includes the following fields:

• Date
• Weekday
• Emoticon label
• Session label
• Duration
• Pomodoros
• Score
• Type (session or meeting)
• Start time
• End time
• Rating

You can import the CSV file for use of the data in other applications such as Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, and Notion.
