The Folger Shakespeare Library runs our ticketing, fundraising, memberships, and marketing on the Tessitura CRM. The system exists, but it is not yet the operational backbone it should be.

We need someone who wants to bring clarity and consistency to the system.
This role is about understanding the underlying data, repairing it, establishing standards, and turning the CRM into a system people actually trust and rely on.
