From Friday 28 May 2021, it will be mandatory for customer-facing industries that require checking-in to use the free Victorian Government QR Code Service.

✨ 4 easy steps to get started

  1. Register your business on vic.gov.au here.
  2. Register new location for each property you manage
  3. Once generated, upload the unique QR code through property settings page and "edit". The upload box is next to your property name at the top
  4. The code will be shown to all arriving guests for the property via KeyNinja tracking link for Guests

So please make sure you Register a new location for every property you manage.

On property settings page, press "edit" to upload the unique COVIDSafe PDF containing the QR next to your property name field.
