We take the current situation related to COVID-19 very seriously and the following actions are in place to respond to it:
- Our booking process is 100% online, no need to meet in person
- Our apartments are equipped with keyless locks and the move in process for a new roommate is done without meeting in person
- All visits are done online, there is no visit in person (and this will continue after COVID-19)
- We communicate regularly with all the roommates to get news and to make sure that the basic sanitary rules are well respected by everyone in each apartment
- If one of the roommates shows symptoms of COVID-19, it is recommended that you report to Santé Québec and get tested. While waiting for the results of the test, it is recommended to respect the basic rules of physical distancing and hygiene
