Project Goal

Build a custom operational layer on top of CiviCRM to support:

1. People Operations / Movement onboarding workflows
2. Ecosystem Development lead management
3. Leadership reporting

The goal is to create a usable internal operational system until long-term decentralization into Logos App infrastructure.

Existing Stack

Core CRM

• CiviCRM, existing deployment already operational

Data

• Ecodev data migrated from Notion into CiviCRM
  • including a customized kanban view for status of leads // notion
  • Existing contact database active

  • Funnel logic: Miro Funnel Board
• Circles onboarding wireframes:
  • Circle Onboarding in Wireframes
    • Text form with all detail
  • Ecodev in Wireframes

Current status:

• Contact form live at logos.co/contact
  • Feeds into CiviCRM (but no further usage of the data yet)
• Web team (Felicio) is briefed to create 3 variations of the existing form based on this doc, waiting for website v2 go-live.
