Responsibilities
- Represent the project in external partnerships and lead business negotiations with exchanges, VCs, partners, and media.
- Attend events, participate in roadshows, live streams, and user interviews to drive brand visibility and external communication.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, brand positioning, and social media & KOL plans across all growth stages — from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 100.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in Web3 projects, with proven success in driving growth from inception to scale.
- English as a native or working language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Web3 communication logic and narratives; capable of effective engagement with media, exchanges, and investors.
- Background from a top-tier university preferred, with global perspective and strategic brand thinking.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to lead high-efficiency collaboration and respond to rapid change.
