On the first screen, you will be able to see a list of the members with the following details:

• Name
• Valid till 👉 Expiration date of the membership of the user
• Email
• Phone
• Subscription Status
  • Free
  • Active
  • Renewal pending
  • Expired
  • Not Joined 👉 in case of members has paid but not joined the community

There are the following options that you can choose from:

• Whatsapp icon 👉 Click here to send a WhatsApp to the member
• Email icon 👉 Click here to email the member
• Phone icon 👉 Click here to call the member
• The settings icon will show you the following options:
  • Refund 👉 Refund the last transaction
  • Remove Member 👉 Remove the member from the community
  • Add extra days 👉 To add complimentary days to the membership via the following two methods:
    • Add N days: It will add N number of days to the subscription. E.g. If the membership is valid till the 20th of July and you add 5 days, the new expiration date will be the 25th of July.
    • Add days till date: It will grant free membership until the date added. E.g. If the membership is valid till the 20th of July and you add the 29th Of July in the field, the new expiration date will be the 29th of July.
