Hourly Rate Benchmarks

Seed and Series A CEO coaches make a healthy rate, but Growth Stage (Series B, C, D) coaches make bank.

• Series Seed + A Median => $950/hour
• Series B, C, & D Median => $1,500/hour

$1,500/hour...that's more than partners make at the top law firms!!!

Annualized Rate Benchmarks

• Series A Median => $19,200/year
• Series B Median => $48,000/year

Yes, you read that correctly. A handful of CEOs pay six figures each year for a couple of hourlong sessions a month.

Session Behavior Benchmarks

• Typically, CEOs will meet with their coach twice per month.
• Typically, CEOs will meet with their coach 60 mins per session.
