• Meeting between Tim and Dave on 12th December 2023, Nina invited to attend.
• Resourcing of the SMG-based team for the Bradford exhibit.
• Visitor numbers for Congruence Engine exhibit in Newcastle.
• Films to be made public online.
• Resubmit the request to design studio; for Bradford 2024.
• Meeting series for new year?
• Interim catch up meeting on 22nd Jan? Tim, Dave, Alex, Helen L, Rachel B, Nina.

Minutes:

• Tim and Dave to meet in person, Tim to send Nina the invite.
• Tim to return to Gemma Levitt to ask about EPM and other resourcing for the Bradford exhibit. Rachel to help lobby for resources for the next iteration as we will need resources. Ask about resourcing from NSMM.
• Sarah to agree with Kylea on method for counting visitor numbers and for sending through information at regular intervals. AHRC do not need specific numbers, for our own record.
• Tim visited the exhibit in Newcastle last Friday. Looks very good, thanks Sarah and team. The exhibit built around the films are very complimentary. But the entrance is not the most inviting.
• Rosie Cardiff to upload exhibit films to YouTube, and make the exhibit page public. Nina to share these, and CE to publicise on Twitter/X etc.
• Marivi to contact the design studio for next year, and submit the request. Becky to be the first point of contact, and will attend the first meeting in the new series.
• Structure for next exhibit will be discussed on the 12th December, a concept brief written early in the new year. At the time that the show that closes in Newcastle, we will begin to have the substance for the new meeting series with the newly established team.
• Nina to arrange a meeting for the new year for the team to meet to discuss the plans between Newcastle and Bradford.
