Company: CARS24 - India's leading tech-enabled automotive marketplace

Role: Product Design Intern

Project Context:

CARS24 is revolutionizing the automotive industry through technology, processing over 1000+ cars daily and serving millions of customers across 300+ cities. Despite being a tech-first company with ambitious hiring goals, their careers page was failing to attract quality talent, resulting in zero organic applications and forcing the company to rely entirely on expensive recruitment agencies.

My Contribution:

Led the complete redesign of the careers page from research to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to create a conversion-focused, brand-aligned experience that showcases CARS24's unique culture and technical innovation.
